The school day starts at 8:55 AM and finishes at 3:25PM.

This is a total of 32.5 hours a week.

A typical day in KS1:

8:55 - Registration

9:05 - Phonics

9:15 - Handwriting

9:45 - English

10:45 - Break

11:00 - Maths

12:00 - Lunch

1:00 - Snappy Maths

1:15 - Assembly (3 times a week)

1:30 - Foundation subject

2:30 - Foundation subject

3:13 - Whole class reading

3:25 - Home time

The Foundation subjects are Design Technology, Computing, History, Geography, P.E., Art and Design and Music.

Science, a core subject, is also taught on an afternoon.
